Customs
Before placing an order, the customer must get familiarize with the rules and regulations of the country. If your package is delayed at the border, you can contact customs and try to get the package or send it back to us. After returning the parcel, we will send it to the buyer at expense. We are not responsible for the confiscation of items.
Rules for returning goods and money
Return within seven days
With us, you can send the goods back within a week after receiving them without problems.
The product can be taken back if:
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- There is damage during shipping.
- The product is different from the one ordered.
Return policy
Contact our customer service team and let us know if you want to return the product. It can be done by email with a photo of defects or non-compliance with the order. Also, indicate if you will return or exchange the product for a similar one.
We will not be able to issue a refund if the item has been opened, used, and damaged (including damage during return shipping). The exception is a complete malfunction of the product. Refunds will only be made for undamaged items.
We will refund 100% of the order if you send back the entire payment.
Refunds are made in the same way as the order was paid for. Returns are processed within seven days after receiving the item. This time includes the time of receipt of the parcel from the carrier. We notify buyers of the processing of returns and refunds by email immediately after receiving the package.
