Some products like Innotox are stored at room temperature. According to the manufacturer’s instructions, some substances are stored at room temperature for no more than seven days.
Usually, after packaging and during transportation, the temperature inside the package remains no higher than 8 degrees.

If customs hold your package up, please contact your local customs office. Specialists will either carry out customs clearance of the parcel, and you will be able to receive it, or you can reject it and send it back to us.
After receiving the parcel, we can send it to you again.
